On August 28, 1964, after a trial to the Waukesha county court, respondents Paul Plichta and Dalwyn Waters were each found guilty of taking indecent liberties with a minor and rape. Respondents motion for a new trial was denied on September 17th, but this order was reversed on January 18, 1965, by an order of the circuit court. The state appeals.
